Gattung for InvenTree

Generic part identifiers for interchangeable components. A label such as C/0603/100n/16V/X7R names a kind of part by its requirements; any concrete part at least as good fulfils it. This repository holds:

core/ gattung-core, the reference implementation (L3), with catalog v1 (CC0).
plugin/ inventree-gattung, the InvenTree plugin applying it (MIT).
handbook/ User and admin handbook (en, de).
GATTUNG_INVENTREE_PLUGIN_DESIGN_SPEC.md Design spec of the plugin.
docs/decisions/ Architecture decision records.

Install the plugin into InvenTree 1.6 or later: see RUN.md and the handbook's installation page. Develop: just setup, just dev, just check.
